Help make sure a free draw is genuinely free for everyone to enter.

All ways to get involved

A draw that is hard to enter is not really free. If you use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, switch access or a keyboard only, you will spot problems on our pages that we simply cannot.

Testers get early access to new pages before they go live and tell us plainly what works and what does not. Every report is read by the people who build the site.

What you would be doing
  • Try new or updated pages before release using your usual assistive technology.
  • Report anything that blocks or slows you down — unlabelled buttons, focus traps, poor contrast, confusing order.
  • Re-test fixes so we know the problem is genuinely solved.
  • Tell us which parts of the existing site frustrate you most.
  • Optionally join a short call to walk us through an issue.

How it works

  1. 1Tell us your setupLet us know which assistive technology, browser and device you use day to day.
  2. 2Receive a test linkWe send a private link with a short list of tasks to attempt — usually 15 to 30 minutes of work.
  3. 3Report what you findWrite it however suits you: notes, email, voice recording or a call. Plain language is perfect.
  4. 4See it fixedWe fix and send it back for a re-test, then credit your thank-you reward.

Common questions

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not at all. Describing what happened in your own words is exactly what we need.

How often would I be asked?

Typically once or twice a month, and you can decline any test.

Can I report problems without joining?

Yes — anyone can report an accessibility problem through Support at any time.
